The spirit of Christmas is about togetherness and selflessness. It’s being kind to a complete stranger, or being nice to an annoying family member. Christmas is a time to surround ourselves with the people we love and to feel the warmth and joy the season brings.

It’s a time to hear Christmas carolers singing beautiful hymns in the cold air, and to sit around the fireplace with the ones we love to stay warm on the coldest nights. It’s a time that instead of thinking of ourselves, we find gifts or help others to bring them joy.

Christmas is the time to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to remember what’s most important in life. It’s a time to let go of the worries in the world and to live in the moment.
